1. Pinball Thermal Store provides you with Shop at Home convenience at no extra cost, however, the minimum order that will be excepted will be of Rupees thousand.

Your use of the www.pinbalstore.in  (herby referred to as ‘Website’) and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (which include exchange policy, payment terms, cancellation policy and shipping policy) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Mantex Creations and these terms and conditions including the policies mentioned below constitute your binding obligations, with Mantex Creations.

                                                                                     

EXCHANGE POLICY (With Size Labels only)

We understand that buying any apparel with size label online without trying it on is not easy. Keeping this in mind we are introducing the cash on delivery mode, in which our delivery executive will try to bring along a plus and a minus size along with him, So that you can choose your size and have a retail store like experience at the comforts of your home or office.

After that also if you need to exchange the size you can exchange it at our Banashankari Retail Store whose address can be found in Contact Us provided the Item(s) is/are unused with all the tags intact and Item should be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

SHIPPING ERROR

In spite of processing every order flawlessly, very rarely, there could be a shipping error at our end like a wrong item/size/colour dispatched to you. You can exchange the order at our Banashankari 2nd stage retail store we will exchange the order(s) if it meets the exchange criteria. For COD Orders you can immediately hand over the wrongly dispatched item to our delivery executive. We will dispatch your original order within 3 days.


EXCHANGE CRITERIA

  1. Exchange is not possible for Socks and other inner wear items.
  2. Items to be exchanged should be unworn and all tags intact.
  3. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

After we have received the order, we will send you the order confirmation mail.

Delivery will be done within 7 working days from the order date. We promise to deliver the order as early as possible but due to some unforeseen circumstances it can be delayed. In case of delayed order dispatch you will receive a call from our Customer Care executive.

When the order is dispatched our Customer Care executive will call you and update you regarding the dispatch of your Order.

ORDER STATUS

Order confirmation – Once we receive an order we would share an order confirmation mail with you. For COD orders this would be followed up with an order confirmation call or email.

Order dispatch – Once we dispatch an order we would share an order dispatch mail OR Call

Order cancellation – In case you cancel or request to cancel an order we would share an order cancellation mail. In case you haven’t cancelled or haven’t placed a request to cancel an order please contact our customer care executive at +917353770574 or mail us at thermalstore@gmail.com within 3 working days

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

After the order has been confirmed you can cancel the order within 24 hours.

Once Order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

PAYMENT POLICY

We believe in customer satisfaction so we would like you to receive the product before you pay for it so you can just place an order and sit back and relax and pay only after you are satisfied through CASH ON DELIVERY.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once the order has been delivered customer will have to purchase the order, we will exchange the size if ordered size does not fit the customer. Orders once sold will not be refunded.
